The hypnotherapy takes place within my practice in my log cabin based in Stevenage.
An Initial free 30 minute consultation would be required within the first session, where we would gain an understanding of what the problems you are faced with. The hypnotic process would be then explained in detail and giving the client the opportunity to ask any questions they wish, this would then be followed by some basic hypnosis. A relevant treatment plan would be discussed for any future sessions.
